Bush Dinner
Bush Dinner at Etosha Oberland Nature Reserve
The Bush Dinner event begins in the late afternoon with a game drive through the Etosha Oberland Nature Reserve.
The drive leads through Mopane forest and clearings, with potential animal sightings, to the sundowner deck. Enjoy a cool drink and watch the sun set fiery red behind the horizon over the vast tree savanna.
Afterward, the drive continues to a forest clearing. There, you’ll be greeted by a campfire and enjoy a private dinner in a kraal, deep in the wilderness close to Etosha Park.

Bush Dinner
The drive through the Etosha Oberland Nature Reserve begins in the late afternoon. Between Mopane forest and open plains, the light noticeably changes as the landscape becomes calmer.
The first stop is at the elevated sundowner deck above the treetops. From here, the view opens up over the surrounding landscape, while the light intensifies once more.
As darkness falls, the journey continues deeper into the reserve. Off the beaten path, the prepared dinner spot eventually appears. Arriving at the fire, the view opens into the kraal, where dinner is served under the open sky.

Ondili Lodges, Regions, and Experiences
Each Ondili Lodge is inextricably linked to its surroundings—and that is exactly where the local experiences come from. What guests can do here isn't just based on a fixed program, but arises from the landscape itself.
Every region reveals different facets of Namibia: sometimes the focus is on the wildlife, sometimes on the vastness of the landscape or exploring on foot. The lodges embrace these unique features.
This creates an interplay of location, accommodation, and activity that makes each region uniquely experienceable – and invites you to discover Namibia from different perspectives.
